WALL YOGA

This small-group class uses a specialized yoga wall, developed by B.K.S. Iyengar (the only one of its kind in Utah), to offer structure, resistance, and support for your practice. Wall-mounted belts, swings, bars, and adjustable points create an environment for exploring alignment, stability, and spaciousness. The technique is rooted in Yoga Kurunta, and uses wall ropes and props to deepen body awareness and refine movement patterns.

Each session focuses on a select number of postures, creating time to slow down, refine technique, and receive individualized support. The intimate class size allows for deeper somatic awareness, agency, and connection to your practice.
