Community Meditation
This is a free class for anyone interested in practicing meditation.
Sundays 11:30am - 12:25pm
The class starts with an optional brief check in which is an invitation to share how you are feeling with the group. Instructor briefly introduce mindfulness and the practice of meditation. The meditation lasts 20-30 minutes and ends with another optional brief group share describing what your experience during the meditation was. Each instructor brings their unique expertise to the meditations they guide. Meditation cushions and blankets are provided.

Iyengar and Yoga Therapy Classes with guest instructor Dustin Turner
Dustin specializes in Iyengar and Yoga Therapy and will lead 4 classes based on participants needs. All levels welcome. Classes will start with a short dharma meditation move to asana (yoga postures) and end with pranayama. Come to one class or sign up for all four and save. Outdoor Yoga Class For Recovery
Join us for a donation based outdoor yoga class led by Ellie Cardullo on Friday, September 18th, 6pm at Riverview Park (4620 N. 300 W. Provo)
September is National Recovery Month and studios worldwide lend a hand to someone whose life depends on having access to yoga as a tool for recovery. The money raised goes to the Trini Foundation and is used to fund yoga classes in more treatment centers and to expand their scholarship program into more studios.
