Couples Prenatal Workshop

The 3B Yoga “Yoga Alliance Certified” teacher training program is a 200 hour practical, 4-week yoga immersion, designed to fine-tune and elevate your own practice and develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be come an effective and successful yoga teacher.

Once a month bring your little yogis to a “mini camp” with different activities and adventure all focused on creating a calm presence through yoga. These sessions are completely tailored to the needs and concerns of the kids including: exploring and communication feelings, cultivating a strong and loving relationship with their body and movement, skill building and learning to self soothe among many more! Taught by our kids yoga experts Hannah and Haley.
We suggest ages 5-10. These special sessions will be held once a month. Special kids yoga pass are available for purchase, $30 for 4 classes, or use your existing pass. Drop in’s welcome. Reserve space on our class schedule page or give us a call.

Celebrate the New Year practicing 108 sun salutations. This practice is a tradition at 3B Yoga and is exactly what it sounds like. Hannah will be guiding us through one hundred and eight sun salutations where she will include several options and encourage you to honor your body and move at your own pace. This class will build internal heat, that helps you burn through impurities in the body that have built up over time (we have plenty built up from 2020 alone) and to start a new! Join in person or virtually
Dustin specializes in Iyengar and Yoga Therapy and will lead 4 classes based on participants needs. All levels welcome. Classes will start with a short dharma meditation move to asana (yoga postures) and end with pranayama. Come to one class or sign up for all four and save. Space is limited, pre-registration recommended. $15/ Drop-in $50 all 4 classes

The money raised goes to the Trini Foundation and is used to fund yoga classes in more treatment centers and to expand their scholarship program into more studios.
