“To practice yoga in the deepest sense is to commit to developing awareness by observing our lives.”
As a staff we often invite ourselves and the community to explore new perspectives, new movements and new thought patterns. Through exploration, many things can be revealed. #utahyoga #3byoga #breathebendbe
We are soaking in as much of the warm weather as possible. Who else got outside today and enjoyed fall? #3byoga #breathebendbe #utahyoga
41 classes a week, 41 opportunities to connect with community, 41 opportunities to re-connect with self. #3byoga #breathebendbe #utahyoga
We invite our students to turn inward during practice. This is what inspired our neutral color palate without mirrors in the studio. Too often worth is calculated by the way things look. It’s important (especially in yoga) to remember that enlightenment is a fluid process and can’t be judged or critiqued because it is experienced in so many different ways. #3byoga #breathebendbe #utahyoga #8limbsofyoga
As well as removing obstacles, Ganesh is known to place obstacles in front of us, so that we may overcome them, and learn and grow as people. This is one of the reasons Ganesh is revered before any journey, teaching, or project. #3byoga #breathebendbe #utahyoga
Change is what creates beauty. #3bquotes #utahyoga #3byoga #breathebendbe
Nothing brightens our day like the few times a week we get to see these amazing people! Harold and Liz have been attending our 3B Adaptive Class for 3 Years! Our 3b Adaptive Yoga class is geared toward participants who are unable to get up and down from the floor easily. We use chairs, a yoga wall with straps and bars and multiple blocks and bolsters. This class is geared towards participants with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, acute injuries, chronic injuries that limit movement capabilities, paralysis, fibromyalgia and debilitating autoimmune conditions. Caregivers are encouraged to participate. #3byoga #breathebendbe #utahyoga #utahvalleyyoga
“Connection is that process of knowing our importance to the whole, as well as comprehending that others share this importance with us. When we do so, we are less likely to hate or fear. We can rest, secure in the knowledge that we are all eternal threads in the grand design.” - Judith Lasater, Ph.D., P.T. Living your Yoga (book available in-store.)
#3byoga #breathebendbe #3bretreats 🍂We love our Retreats and all the connections that are made.
