Makes 2 servings


  • 2 generous handfuls of greens
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 dash of vanilla
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon


optional add-ins:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Blend until smooth.


This smoothie also works great for a smoothie bowl! Decrease the milk added to make it thicker, blend and pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings such as granola, berries, nuts and more!
