Yoga + Sound Journey: move through a gentle 30 min yoga flow with Tayler as Eric & Brandon play their symphony of sound instruments.
All sound Journey: Eric and Brandon have 20+ years experience as musicians and leading sound meditations. They will be using Gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, metal Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments to wrap your being in sound and frequencies while you relax.
