There are no prerequisites for this training, however, having a basic understanding of yogic principles will be helpful.
Part of the course will be to create your own script and record yourself, voice only, leading a 15 minute minimum session, with or without participants, so a recording device will be required.
*Continuing Ed credits through Yoga Alliance
