Illuminate Breathwork for Healing & Awakening

Throughout history, cultures worldwide have provided a means for people to access non-ordinary realms for healing and spiritual growth. Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include the resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances, and stored trauma in the body. Many also experience encounters with the divine, transcendence of time or space, direct experiences of the primordial vibration, deep peace, and unconditional love.

The process is gentle, safe, and loving; almost everyone will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is incredibly healthy for the body. You will be conscious the whole time and totally in control. Please come prepared for immediate growth and a powerful experience.

Benefits can include:
• Dissolve stress and anxiety issues
• Release old baggage and limiting beliefs
• Increased levels of awareness and intuition
• Heal emotional contributors to physical dis-ease
• Unblock the creative process
• Increased Energy Levels • Deepen a spiritual connection
• A safe and natural way to experience expanded states of consciousness
• And much more...

***NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. It's preferable not to eat for at least 1 hour prior.  We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.

Investment in You - $40 (space is limited)
To guarantee your space, please preregister.

DISCLAIMER AND CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Adjustment Workshop for Yoga Teachers

  • 4801 N University Ave STE 530 Provo, UT, 84604-5573 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Are you a new yoga instructor or an instructor that is less familiar to adjustments during led classes? You’re not alone! Many instructors may believe that physical touch in yoga practice may be uncomfortable for the practitioner or the client, but at 3B we’ve found that most clients rely on instructor assists to deepen their practice.

are you ready to take your instruction to the next level?

3B Yoga’s semi-annual Adjustment workshop is designed to provide a safe place to work through new types of assists and build confidence in practitioners as they work with their clients.

When: April 26, 2024 5-8pm

Where: 3B yoga, Provo, UT

Cost: $35

Benefits of adjustments include:

Heightened Body Awareness/Precision and Alignment

Adjustments are real time, physical feedback and an external perspective of body positioning. Often clients are unaware of malalignment that can be negatively impacting their practice. Gentle guidance to proper alignment helps clients build body awareness within their practice and their daily lives.

Enhanced Depth and Intensity

Certain yoga poses can be challenging due to physical tightness, and fear. Yoga assists and adjustments can bridge this gap by providing the support needed to delve deeper into poses that might have seemed inaccessible before. Instructor guidance with physical adjustments can offer a safe space to explore our limits and push past mental barriers.

Release of Tension

Physical tension is often subconscious. Skilled adjustments help the body release built-up tension and help the body feel safe. This can be true in movement-based classes as well as more restorative and yin practices. Even the most subtle touch can relax the physical body, opening space to allow for mental healing and clarity.

Personalized Experience

Adjustments allow for a personalized experience to clients and their journey with yoga and movement. In a sea of other clients, the individualization provided with adjustments allows clients to feel confident in the tailored experience.

Overcoming Plateaus

Plateaus are not uncommon when practicing yoga. Often clients may find themselves hitting a barrier and not know where to go from there. Skilled adjustments can act as a catalyst to break through these barriers, encouraging clients to explore new shapes, strength, and alignment.
