We’re thrilled to host Sacred Awe Sound Journey again at 3B, on Lunar New Year’s Day (Feb 10th)!  This is one event you won’t want to miss. Due to their popularity, we have scheduled two sessions, but limited spots are expected to fill up quickly.

Here are the details:  

Eric and Brandon have 20+ years of experience with music and sound journey meditations. They will be using their amazing collection of gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, metal Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments to encompass you in sound and frequencies while you relax.  

Session 1: 30 minute yoga flow (led by Tayler) accompanied with a calm symphony of sound, then relax and enjoy the full sound journey experience.  

Session 2: Full sound journey experience for the duration of the session
