Eric and Brandon are back March 9th for another two incredible sessions of sound. If you weren’t able to make it in February, here is your chance! Space is limited.

Here are the details:  

Eric and Brandon have 20+ years of experience with music and sound journey meditations. They will be using their amazing collection of gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, metal Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments to encompass you in sound and frequencies while you relax.  

Session 1: 30 minute yoga flow (led by Tayler) accompanied with a calm symphony of sound, then relax and enjoy the full sound journey experience.   5:30pm-7pm

Session 2: Full sound journey experience for the duration of the session  8pm-9:30pm
